Booking

Rentals are by confirmed advance booking. The standard rate applies from 10:00 to 22:00; from 22:00 to 10:00 the rate is 50% higher.
You can reschedule or cancel a booking no later than 48 hours before it starts.
If you need a clean cyclorama, mention it in the comment when booking. Repainting is done during your booked time and costs 60 GEL.
Furniture and props in the halls may differ from the photos on the website. If you need specific furniture for your shoot, let us know in advance.

Up to 6 people can be in the studio at the same time. Each additional person is an extra 10 GEL.
Clean indoor shoes or shoe covers are required in the studio.
After the shoot, the hall must be left as you found it. If you are unable to tidy up, cleaning costs 25 GEL and is done within your rental time.
The entrance is open, with no pass system.

The cyclorama must be returned in the same condition. You may step on it barefoot or in shoes covered with masking tape.
Soiling the cyclorama floor carries a 50 GEL fine. Damage to the cove or walls, including holes, costs from 100 GEL.

Equipment is provided under a photo equipment rental agreement.
The reception area and the halls are under video surveillance to help resolve disputes. Recording cannot be switched off.
Clean sound recording on the studio premises is not guaranteed.
The studio reserves the right to stop a shoot without giving a reason.

If studio equipment, accessories, interior items or other property are damaged or broken, the renter pays for the damage at market value.
By renting the studio, you are financially liable for damage to equipment, backdrops, furniture, glass and movable structures, as well as for the actions of everyone present at the shoot.
The renter accepts the terms of the agreement and is responsible for everything that happens during the rental and for its consequences.
